The exercises are relatively simple to learn. These are drawn from two popular Qigong forms: The Eight Brocades (Baduanjin) and Muscle Tendon Change Classic (Yijin Jing), and deepened by the fine use of mind intention usually developed in Taiji. All exercises adapt according to ability from beginner to advanced.
